Located in the south eastern corner of British Columbia in an area known as the Rockies Region, this ranch is a two hour drive south of Banff National Park and three hours northwest of Waterton & Glacier National Parks and about 4.5 hours from Calgary.
The main activity at the ranch is their horse programme. This includes riding instruction for those unfamiliar with Western riding and there are generally two rides a day. The ranch has fly fishing equipment available for guests to use. Fishing season opens on 15th June. The later in the season you come, the better the fishing. Your accommodation will be a uniquely appointed log cabin with private entrance, sun chairs, queen beds, full private bath & sitting area. The Ranch provides linen, bath & pool towels along with daily maid service. For adults there is a bar that opens in the evening.
Cabins offer different bed configurations, the Ranch will work with you to ensure that your cabin is the one best suited to your needs. They prefer to put families in units where the kids have their own bath and separate sleeping area from parents. Three meals are served per day in the lodge dining room. They serve traditional food with a flair. Fresh fruit, home baked breads and pastries. Two afternoon hikes are offered per week. Join in an easy short hike along the creek to Marysville water falls. This is an easy hike anyone can do along a developed trail with boardwalks, steps and hand rails. For those who would like a more natural hike and a chance to get your heart rate up a bit come along on a hike to Perry Creek waterfalls. There is a tennis court nearby the Lodge and a number of golf courses in the near vicinity. A fine indoor pool is available with a hot tub for those looking to ease those weary limbs before supper. Your stay at the ranch includes a river float trip. During the Spring months, when the water is higher, a local white water rafting outfitter will collect you at the lodge, later in the season this becomes more of a river float.
